Unlike traditional favours that often get left behind, our live event calligraphy services allows your guests to take home a personalised keepsake that is worth keeping. Each guest writes down a word, name or short message, and we’ll create a unique gift for them to take home to remind them of the day!
How does the day go?
01 Set up & Arrival
I arrive half an hour early to set up my station.
All I need is a nice shaded spot, a table and a chair.
02 The Engraving Experience
As guests arrive, they write down what they would like to be engraved (a short message, name, date, symbols) and I work my way through the list. They’re more than welcome to stay and watch if they’d like or go about and mingle.
03 Wrap-up
Once all the engravings are complete, I’ll carefully package them up and lay them on the table for guests to collect at the end of the event.

That’s why I love bringing live calligraphy to events. It’s not just about the final piece—it’s about the experience. Watching a guest's face light up when they receive something that was created just for them. That feeling will never grow old.

How to get started

Fill in a form and share your event details, including date, guest count, and location. Highly recommend booking 4+ months in advance.

I will get back to you within 72 hours confirming availability and will help you plan the perfect setup.

Once you are ready to book, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in your date.

We’ll finalise all the little details and make sure everything is all set! Remaining balance due 3 weeks before your day.

Unfortunately, at this time, I can only engrave items provided in the catalog to ensure the best quality, results and everything turns out perfect on your day.

All I need is a large table (so I can lay out all the final pieces), chair and a lovely well-lit & shaded spot!
Happy to work both indoors and outdoors as long as its not too breezy.
I recommend letting your guests know ahead of time that there’s a live engraver or have your MC make a little announcement.
That way, no one will miss out on the fun and everyone will have a chance to take home a little keepsake 🤍 -
Engraving involves using a specialised portable tool that allows me to etch the surface. It is permanent.
The noise is very minimal and will cause little to no disruption to your event. -
Please get in touch at least 4 months in advance. That will give us time to ensure we have everything ready for your big day!

• 15 minute set up and 15 minute pack down
• My engraving time for the duration of the event (2 - 3 minutes for each engraved item).
• Travel within the Auckland region, covering all your favourite venues (note: ferries / taxis are an additional cost)
• Choice of items to be engraved from our catalog for your guest count.
• Standard packaging for each engraved item for guests to take their keepsake home.
All packages include enough items from our catalog for the maximum guest count in that package.
This means some guests are welcome to take home more than one item. -
Yes I do! Travel within the Auckland region is included. Ferry / taxi rides include an additional charge.
I’m also more than happy to travel across NZ (or even further). Let me know, and we can sort out the finer details. -
If you postpone, I’m happy to move your booking to one available date within the next year at no extra cost.
If you decide to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable. Should you cancel within 3 weeks of the event, you will lose the full payment.
