Unlike traditional favours that often get left behind, our live engraving calligraphy services allows your guests to take home a personalised keepsake that is worth keeping.
Each guest writes down a word, name or short message, and we’ll create a unique gift for them to take home to remind them of the day!
How the Day Unfolds
01 // Set up & Arrival
I arrive half an hour early to set up my station.
All I need is a nice shaded spot, a table and a chair.
02 // Collecting Requests
As guests arrive, they can visit my table and write down their personalisations (a name, date, or symbol).
I start working my way down the list of personalisations and guests are welcome to stay and watch or continue mingling as each piece is created.
03 // Live Personalisation
Once all the pieces are complete, I’ll carefully package them up and lay them on the table for guests to collect at the end of the event.

Fill in a form and share your event details, including date, guest count, and location. Highly recommend booking 4+ months in advance.

I will get back to you within 72 hours confirming availability and will help you plan the perfect setup.

Once you are ready to book, I require a 40% non-refundable deposit to lock in your date.

We’ll finalise all the little details and make sure everything is all set! Remaining balance due 4 weeks before your day.

To ensure every piece engraves beautifully and meets our quality standards, I’m unable to accept items that are provided by you.
However, if you have something specific in mind, I’d love to help source it for you. This way, each piece goes through my quality checks to ensure the best possible result.

The machine creates a gentle hum and is quiet enough so it won’t overpower conversations or music. However, we recommend having the engraving station away from moments requiring complete silence for extended periods of times such as speeches, as these do tend to take a little longer and could affect the engraving schedule.I’ll always do my best to pause for special moments where I can.

* For travel within the Auckland Central area, we ask for parking. For events outside of the area, we charge based on distance & time.

We recommend securing your date at least 4 months in advance for the best experience. All items are carefully selected and prepared for your guest count, so booking early helps guarantee your preferred pieces are available and avoids any disappointment.

If you postpone, I’m happy to move your booking to one available date within the next year at no extra cost.
If you decide to cancel, the 40% deposit is non-refundable as it covers the time for preparations, materials and exclusively reserving your date.
Should you cancel within 4 weeks of the event, you will lose the full payment as I unfortunately won’t be able to fill the date.

All I need is a large table (approx 1.5m so I can lay out all the final pieces), chair and a lovely well-lit & shaded spot!
I recommend letting your guests know ahead of time that there will be a live engraver or have your MC make a little announcement. That way, no one will miss out on the fun and everyone will have a chance to take home a little keepsake 🤍
For bookings where I’ll be on-site for 6 hours or more, I kindly ask that a meal be provided. For shorter sessions (under 4 hours), a small snack or refreshment is always appreciated but not required.
